Pro Bono Financial Planning

We are excited to offer an opportunity to give back to the community through the FPA of Nebraska with pro bono financial planning. The FPA Pro Bono Program connects passionate financial planning practitioners to individuals, families, and communities in need.
FPA of Nebraska has partnered with the Salvation Army Kroc Center and Omaha North Corps. to offer confidential, one-on-one financial counseling. 
Volunteers
If you're an FPA of Nebraska member looking to volunteer your time and experience, we want to hear from you! Here is some quick information to help you get started:
- Must be a CFP® in good standing or be a non-CFP® Professional who agrees to abide by FPA’s Code of Ethics and Standard of Care and who works in conjunction with a CFP® practitioner.
- FPA has an errors and omissions policy with protection of $2,000,000 per occurrence.
- Visit the FPA of Nebraska website's Pro Bono Outreach page to get started.
- Complete the online training.
- Look for events to sign up to volunteer with FPA of Nebraska and the Salvation Army Kroc Center and Omaha North Corps..
